Returns & Store Credit Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Most items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 14 days from receipt of merchandise (Returns made after 14 days will be eligible for store credit only). You may return most items in their original packaging, unopened and unused for a refund or store credit.
To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all opened or used fragrance items. Unfortunately for health and safety reasons, there are NO returns or exchanges on any OPENED or USED skincare, makeup, or haircare items. So please evaluate these items carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about any of our products we are here to help.
If you would like to return or exchange your order please contact us via email for a return authorization number. A return address will be provided at that time. Please include your name, phone, order number, and reason for return or item to be exchanged for. We will process your request within 7 working days of receipt. Include a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for packages that cannot be confirmed as delivered.
